About to start a new life together or celebrate a birthday? What better way to celebrate than by starting your own wine collection? Wine is also a great way to share those special moments with family and friends. Whether you are selecting a gift for serious collectors or a budding oenephile, Chelsea Wine Vault has a range of meaningful packages from which to choose - including everyday wines, entertainment wines, special occasion wines and anniversary bottles.
There are four simple steps to creating a gift registry with Chelsea Wine Vault. Wine Consultant Donna Kinch will guide you through the selection process and assist you in choosing wines that are suited to both your palate and your cellar preferences. 1) Schedule a Consultation
Call and schedule a meeting with Donna. Once a meeting is set up, you'll come in to our store and discuss your gift objectives over a glass of wine in our very own tasting room.
2) Select Your Gifts
Donna will help you pick a list of gift wines that will match both your palate and your lifestyle based on price points that are fair for both you and your guests. In addition to our wine selections, wine glasses, decanters, gift certificates, and wine accessories are also available.
3) Informing Your Guests
Once the wines and accessories are selected, Chelsea Wine Vault will create a web page with your gift list, ordering and shipping information and how to contact Donna directly with questions or requests for additional information. Once the page is posted, you have the option of providing us with an e-mail list to contact your guests. A specially designed e-mail will be sent to inform your guests where the page is located on our site by giving them the direct link to your page.
4) Placing Orders
Guests can order gifts directly through the web page or by contacting Donna via telephone or email. Gift prices do not include shipping and handling. Gifts can also be picked up at the store by the couple as an alternative option to shipping. Please note that wine availability is subject to change based on inventory; alternative options for each wine may be discussed during consultation.
Once registered with Chelsea Wine Vault, you also have access to our private tasting room - a private event space that provides the perfect setting for any special event (baby shower, bachelorette party, etc.) and can accommodate up to 30 guests. Registered individuals and couples receive a 10% discount on our tasting room to host a private tasting with family and friends. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in the following amounts: $25, $50, $75, or $100. One can also order multiple gift certificates for a combined total beyond these amounts. Gift certificates can be used for any item in the store as well as classes. Gift certificates can be purchased by calling us on 212 462 4244 or online by clicking the links below. (Note: We will mail gift certificates directly to a recipient with an accompanying note if provided mailing instructions in the Comments field of our online order form.)
