Bisol Superiore di Cartizze Dry Prosecco di Valdobbiadene 2010

Stephen Tanzer - "Bright straw-green with a persistent froth. Intense white peach, pear and cinnamon aromas are lifted by white flowers. Then rich and suave in the mouth, with a delicate sweetness to the stone fruit and sweet spice flavors. The finish is long and creamy, but I don't find the precision and clarity I usually associate with Bisol's best vintages of Cartizze of the past, or with Cartizze in general."
