Louis Guntrum Eiswein Silvaner 2004

Eiswein is gathered at rare temperatures below -7° Celsius (15°F, preferably colder), freezing the juice inside of berries to solid ice and squeezing just their skins rapidly before ice melts, sacrificing 90% of the normal harvest (quantity), giving more concentrated natural liqueurs. This dessert wine has golden color, rich taste, character and noble natural sweetness.
