Predominantly floral with notes of lime blossom, aromas of white fruit, peach, apricot, pear and citrus. Its freshness, (resulting from the high proportion of Sauvignon in the vine) and its solid structure, (the product of the terroir and the Semillon grapes), give the wine a balance and length that have led to their being described by the most respected tasters as mythical.
