A good value Review by John - CWV Team Member: Dolcetto di Dogliani is a DOC located in Italy's north-western Piedmont region. Dogliani is located south of Alba and is known for having the biggest and longest-lived Dolcettos.

This Abbona is a single vineyard offering. It is a medium bodied, ruby colored wine. It delivers "old world" characteristics delivering primarily minerality and earthiness on the palate with reserved red fruit flavors.

Needless to say, Dolcetto wines go very well with Italian cuisine. They remain one of the best red wine values in today’s wine world.
