Winemaker Note - "Gothic’s first Rosé release is from the historic Hyland Vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. This vintage is an assemblage of estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit in similar proportions to fine rosé Champagne. Aromas of wild strawberries and rosewater are echoed on the palate by wild red berry fruits and watermelon, buttressed by refreshing, mouth-watering acidity akin to biting into a fresh granny smith apple - a true Gothic Wine."
