This is an outrageously good rosé wine. Its aroma is enveloping with fresh citrus, pineapple, kiwi, ripe apple and quince. The bright acidity livens everything up and leaves you begging for another sip. Very fresh and friendly, get it while it lasts. Pair with dim sum, gazpacho, seared tuna and salads.
