Le Mas des Collines Côtes du Rhône 2009

This wine is made in very traditional French style: cold fermentation in large cement vats, and aged in cement (no oak aging at all) for more than two years. Fresh, bright berry fruit with good acidity. Great balance and length make it a perfect wine with many foods including Indian chicken dishes, grilled pork chops, and Mediterranean dishes.
