Shipping arrangements are handled via UPS and we regretfully CANNOT ship to the following states: AL, AR, DE, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MT, NJ, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, and VT.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is from Christopher St to 23rd St and from the West Side Highway to Sixth Ave.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Orders under $125 - $6.00
Orders over $125 - $3.00
MANHATTAN DELIVERY
For deliveries in Manhattan but outside our local delivery area, delivery charges are as follows:
Orders under $125 - $12.00
Orders over $125 - $6.00

SHIPPING (legal disclaimer)
Buyer assumes ownership and title to any goods purchased in New York State. Chelsea Wine Vault makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside New York. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes us to act on his/her behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. In accordance with NY State law, Chelsea Wine Vault can only sell and deliver alcohol to customers over the age of 21. We and our representatives will only release, by signature, alcohol to those in possession of a valid photo ID. Chelsea Wine Vault also reserves the right to refuse delivery to those who are or appear to be intoxicated.
