This is about 2% Viognier that sees 36 months in 600L barrels. Grapes come from vines 40 to 60 years of age planted in the brown schist soils of Côte Brune’s steep upper slope. It is perfumed, dense, blackberry, black pepper and stone. Fine tannins with wonderful balanced acidity make this a wine that needs 5-10 years, but OH MY is it good! Just 400 cases were made.

"This sports a solid core of dark currant, plum and black cherry fruit, stitched with slightly leathery tannins and dried bay leaf notes, giving way to dark tapenade and alder details through the finish. Well-built. Best from 2018 through 2028. 500 cases made."
