The Vault Tasting Room

An excellent way to thank your staff for a job well done, a cool birthday present for your sweetie or parents, a unique team building experience, and a whole lotta fun to boot!

Come join us in The Vault – our rustic, warm and intimate tasting room. We now offer sit down tastings for up to 20 people, and can do a standing event for up to 30. We suggest a sampling of 10 wines, which can be paired with assorted artisanal cheeses and salumi (more extensive catering is available upon request).

The cost of the event is less than you might think. Our $500 room fee reserves 2 hours in The Vault tasting room. There will be a $100 fee for each additional half hour (these fees do not include the consumption of wine or food). A $250 deposit is due upon event reservation. Cancellation with full refund of deposit is accepted up to 14 days prior to event date. No refunds are given for cancellations after this point.

One of our on-site sommeliers will guide you and your guests through the unique and diverse, Wonderful World of Wine! The room will be prepared with our beautiful Riedel stemware, tasting notes and all the little things that will make your event memorable. We can customize any type of wine tasting event you like.

This is one of our favorite themes here at Chelsea Wine Vault. Let us take your palate on a tasting journey beginning with a crisp minerally Riesling from Austria, moving along to grassy, zippy Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand to a rich, tropical Viognier from the Northern Rhone. The reds might start with a sip of a silky Pinot Noir from Oregon, followed by the elusive Teroldego from Italy’s Alto Adige region, finishing with a world class Bordeaux or a California Cult Cab!

Perfect for the armchair traveler in all of us: enjoy Vernaccia, Orvieto, Chianti Classico, Morellino di Scansano, Vino Nobile, Brunello di Montalcino and other memorable wines from this most dreamy of areas. Pick any country, one of your favorites or one you’ve been dying to explore, and we’ll create a fantastic wine theme for you!
